Loss of power

If I rev car close to redline in first,shift quickly to second the power is lost for a couple seconds.Also happens at the same revs second to third.It doesn't do this all the time,but frequently.I've been to the dealers twice,each time they download new stuff to the chip.I have installed a Rogue intake and quicksilver exhaust;the car had the problems before the mods.I'm in my first autox this weekend,it will kill my time
