OEM Plugs at 60K miles

I just replaced the plugs in my '04 MCS after 60,000 miles with some NGK Iridium plugs. Looks like a fairly uniform tan with little fowling. Anyone else see anything? I'm new at trying to read plugs.... Tea leaves anyone?

Yep. Those sure look like spark plugs to me!

Seriously, they look pretty good for 60k to my untrained eye.

I'm gonna hit 60K here in a couple days. Have the original ignition system intact. Around X-Mas I will go with the SDCP, wires and some good plugs. I will post the pics to revive the thread. BTW, they look great to me!

Keep those plugs as spares, they look great!

I'm replacing mine at just under 50,000 with NGK Iridium plugs and new wires.
Just because one of my OEM wires has a bad coil connector. Do I need to ?, probably not it runs fine but I just want to see if my perception is clouded

They look great. worn, but great. I'm sure they were still firing properly, but I have found that 60,000 is a good time to change them.

You done good

Mine were black as coal at 20K miles on an '05 MCS/JCW. Those spark plugs look good. Could you tell any difference in the way the car ran after the change? Mine idled much smoother and seemed easier on gas afterwards.

Your plugs look great. I'd say your motor is running great too.
