Doors Locking Themselves

Doors Locking Themselves
I've done a search on this and found a few posts by owners reporting a similar problem, but haven't seen a posted solution. Any new insight would be great!
I've got a 02 Cooper with 50,000 miles. Last night for no apparent reason, it started to repeatedly lock the doors. The battery still shows green in the sight check. And even though I had washed the car earlier in the day, and I do have a sunroof, everything seemed dry.
Questions:
1 Where is the exit point for the sunroof drain tube?
2 Is there a better test for the battery?
3 Is there some other potential problem area that I should check?
Thanks, in advance for your help.

Most likely you have a loose battery terminal. This will cause all sorts of wierd electrical issues when it happens. A basic way to check is to try and twist each battery terminal side to side. If they move easily then you need to tighten them, if not then you need to get a volt meter and test the voltage of the terminals and then the lines to see if they are the same or it drops significantly after the terminal.
