so i go into my mini dealership today and i tell them my problem and then they are like hmm it could be the clutch and if it is it will cost 13 hrs and we charge 100 an hr plus the part so im like ok just go in there and find out what the problem is and if it is the clutch then ill get an aftermarket one and install it myself because it will be cheaper so they come back two hrs later and are like yeah ur clutch plate is messed up and we are going to keep your car and we will also replace your clutch for free so i was like ok thats good news and then they give me a loaner car and send my on my way they gave me a automatic and i hate it it sounds all funny and weird and i think wastes gas and hten i went and asked the sa about what happened to the other guy and he was a real a hole if u know what i mean and she told me he got fired for making us feel like idiots anyone ever had this problem

If the problem you're referring to is compulsive run-on sentences, I hear Ritalin is a quick fix.

So, seriously, you mention several problems during your experience:

1. Bad clutch, eventually replaced for free (under warranty I assume)
2. Bad SA got fired and replaced with good SA
3. Loaner automatic sucks in your opinion

I don't know what year or what model your car is but some 05' MCS cars have been known to have clutch problems that are replaced under warranty. I haven't experienced the other problems you had.
