I want to replace my 20,000 mile Denso's with the equivilent NGK. From the different web sites and thread here I have the choice between the ZFR6FIX-11 (gapped at .045") or the older BKR7EIX (gapped at .030") or the BKR7EIX-11 (gapped at .044").

Which one is recommended?

I use the last plug mentioned FWIW....got them from JSC Speed. Coast to Coast Performance, Detroit Tuned and Mini Madness all sell NGK, but do not list the part numbers. Mini Works carries the BKR7EIX-11 as well.
