Buzz sound over left shoulder?

I have a 2005 cooper s. There seems to be a buzz coming from over my left shoulder when driving. I think it might be the speaker in rear, but it also happens when radio is off. Is this possible?

It's probably due to your seat belt adjuster. I had a lot of buzzing coming form that vicinity as well, until I found moving the adjustment towards the bottom helped to subdue it... now I'm off solving other rattles.... heh
