My R53 is 2 years and ~27k miles old. I just put my R90's back on for "summer" and I can feel her getting older. What exactly loosens up the in the suspension and steering?

 

Figure you did but have to ask... Did you check your tire pressures?

 

yes thanks....all set correctly....

 

Over time, the rubber mounting bushings will loosen up, but yours seems still too new for that. You sure it's not just the tire difference you're feeling?

 

i guess it could be.......

i don't know...guess i just have to drive more to see if i am really feeling a differance or if it is in my head...

Are you hearing other (interior) squeaks and rattles?....they could uknowingly add to the aging experience. A little felt-tape and some plastic-safe grease will help.
