SuspensionSprings, struts, coilovers, sway-bars, camber plates, and all other modifications to suspension components for Clubman (R55), Cooper and Cooper S (R56), and Cabrio (R57) MINIs.
They will rub just a tad on the inside at full lock. Some 5-10mm spacers should cure that but you might want to max out your stock - camber by loosening those strut bolts and pushing inward. The rears should be fine w/or without spacers.
that yellow m7 mini makes me want to trade up to an r56, it is perfectly executed. i would do it in white with some gold vs-xx wheels!!! that would look amazinngggg

How do you mean mate?
Im not very well up on camber and the like so what you just said above I am really interested in doing as i have read that the R56's handling can be greatly improved by altering its camber - its just that I never knew what you had to do to change the camber setting?

how much did you lower your car there and do you see any need for camber plates there?
looks very nice!
Missed this when you posted - it's approx 1 3/4 drop. No camber plates - Alta rear control arms. But I AM using the camber slots in the strut towers. I just popped the plastic retaining piece out when I installed the KW's.
The links all broke when I rearanged my photos, so here are some new ones...
Soon to be much lower Hoping to get the front down another 1-2 inches with some custom mounts and the rear 2-3 inches with some much shorter struts
I'm glad you've still got the R56 with the jcw kit. It looks amazing. I look forward to seeing what you have in store with the new wheels
even lower!! I wish I could go that low!! damnz!!
I have dicided to keep the R56 and do some stuff with it.. :D Had the interior done en sprayed some things.. I also have some other goodies on their way..
It was the BEST LOOKING DS I have ever seen.. but you have changed some things the last weeks... (wheels and what else? )
I think it is a shame..
Still good looking tho.. but it was better looking before IMHO
Dont know what was the last picture you seen..but the items that I changed....I painted the wheels (red Strip coming off) added the CF Splitter and some CF parts and did the joey mod. The only thing I am not happy with is the red strip...other than that it is exactly where I want it....
