1. I cut out all the metal from under the fender and trimmed back the plastic arch.

2. It's on bags.

3. Driving around truly low takes skill and attention.

4. The thing you're "missing" is Stance. It's an important aspect in a way a car looks.

That sucks! How much are you lowered? I'm only lowered maybe 1.2" on coilovers and I'm lucky I have no vibrations.

I understand stance and I love lowered cars, but IDK, just way too low for me. I see a lot of GTIs and older Nissans doing it around here and they look like they have broken legs.

Perfect stance, IMO, is when the top of the wheels are just slightly, ~1/2", underneath the fenders, and the car is completely flat.

Hey, whatever floats your boat.

I like mine raked forward slightly with the wheels fitting in the wheels wells rather than have gap. Some people like keeping their cars conservative and that's cool too.

Rally,

I LOVE the way your car looks. I love all of your wheel choices too. I would never lower mine as much as you've lowered yours though. The sacrifices are too great for me. If I had a 4th car though, maybe I'd do it

Having the car that low is sexy as hell, I'm just not a huge fan of the wheels being shoved up that far. Sorry if my previous posts came off as rude, I didn't mean it like that. You still have one of my favorite Clubmans and that cop car gif is awesome!

Your wheel collection is starting to make me jealous!

Dropped on H&R coilovers. I recently adjusted the front to the lowest setting, and a 1/2 inch of threads left in the rear. This morning I noticed that the rear settled lower than the front. Should I leave it? Can you guys see the difference, or am I being paranoid?

I can't tell that it's uneven. It looks even to me. Funny, on my ST's, I had to lower the rears more than the front to get it even.

I'm from L.A. and I have had low riders anyways your looks bad @ss slammed like that. My friend and I get together for charity events and a lot of euro cars get together and raise money for Children's Hospital and we see so many styles of slammed euro cars everyone has their style. Your car looks tight slammed and I like the raked look as well Im going to lower my GP some more and I was also going for the rake look. I go to stanceworks.com almost everyday. They have nice cars. Anyways I like your pic as well when you look at it for a second youll see the cop car drive by or the other pic of the tree nice work.

For those of you who drop your cars crazy low....like Rally@StanceDesign and rickyr53.......are your mini's your daily drivers or just show cars and weekend cruisers? If so, what kind of issues do you have on a simple drive around town? Do you rub the tires on the fender wells alot when turning sharp? Are you constantly dragging the bottom of the car over speed bumps? Are you dragging the front of the car when going up steep driveways???

I rub the lower spoiler on my mini on stuff every now and then, and it's at the stock height....I can't imagine dropping it as low as you guys do, and still using it to drive around town. Looks cool though !

Those are staggered BBS LM's (17x8 front / 17x9 rear).

yes. but that is all avoidable if you pay attention when you're driving. you get to learn your roads very well (i know where 99% of the potholes are in my town).

@ IQRaceworks Is my only car! lol yes all of that happens to me on a daily biases. You just have to be careful of how you drive. Trimming of the arches will cut down on the rubbing but when going over dips and what not i still rub.
