Huevo and I installed my Alta 19mm this weekend (looks like it was a busy weekend for swaybar installs ) Like MakoBimmer said, it was a super easy install - right around an hour.
Impressions: I was glad I did the KW's, then a few months later, the swaybar, as it has allowed me to get a good feel for each mod. The coils dramatically reduced the torque steer in the car. The sway bar has essentially eliminated it. The car just tracks in a straight line with the pedal to the metal
