The end links have nothing to do with the alignment. The end link connects the sway bar to the chassis. Has nothing to do with the alignment.

I've got a question for the OP, as well as others that installed springs...It took me a little time to get around to it, but I aligned my car this week at my friend's shop. I wanted to stick with the factory settings for alignment (I don't plan on tracking or racing my car, it's strictly a street car/DD), and he was able to adjust the front alignment to stock setting, but wasn't able to do so in the rear. They didn't have enough adjustability to get to the stock setting. Stock for the rear is -1.75 degrees, before the alignment I was at -2.6 degrees of camber, he was only able to adjust it down to -2.3 degrees, and the arm couldn't get adjusted beyond that. He said the difference is minimal and I shouldn't really worry about it (as far as uneven wear), but i'm not sure if I want to keep it this way. Me thinks a new set of more adjustable control arms is something to consider.

What do you all think?

Is it absolutely necessary to cut the bumpstops for the NM springs? I just placed my order from Way btw!

Bought the NM springs from NAMotorsport last week, super quick delivery. For you guys in Miami I got a great deal on the installation from Kiko @ WB (Wheels Boutique in Miami) just $100 for the labor. Only two days later and about 150 miles and I am super impressed with the ride. I still need to do the alignment but the handling on my 09MCS improved tremendously with these springs - thanks for recomending!

Sup SaintR56? I'm in Miami. Is that a hook up price or the normal price for labor? Not bad. Thanks for the heads up!

Hey guys I'm a total newbie about suspensions . I see you guys talking aboit coilcovers, shocks, etc, a little bit too much for me to comprehend

Anyways my question would be...if my main purpose for my Mcs camden is to have less gap, are these springs all I need? Am I voiding warranty or doing any damage I should be concerned about? Also how much would installing these be approximately

Thanks guys

These springs will stiffen things up, but also reduce wheel gap. They will be okay for stock struts, although they will cause premature wear on your struts. You should not run into any warranty problems, unless the springs directly effect the part in question (like a blown strut). I think they are great springs for a daily driver - I commute 65 miles round trip daily on these springs and have no complaints.

Nice! Looking good.

I just bought NM Springs as well but have to wait a little bit to install them. How is the ride so far?

Quick Question for you guys. Obviously using these springs with the stock struts will cause them to wear out quicker than with the OEM springs. Though looking through this thread it seems that the majority of NM spring owners are using these without any aftermarket struts.

I am hesistant to do so because I would rather swap everything out once and never have to look back really. In the case that I am in right now, funds are not as readily accessible so I'm heavily considering doing just the springs.

My question is how many miles have most of you gotten out of the OEM strut/NM spring combo? Of course everyone's will vary depending on road condition and driving style, however I was just hoping to get a rough estimate.

Thanks

Bennyboy

Bennyboy, I've only put about 8k on my NM/stock strut combo. Car has a total of 30k miles on it. So far, no issues. When I do upgrade, I'll be doing the Bilstein HD strut upgrade.

Bennyboy, stop worry about it, you're thinking to much about it. You won't have any problems running these springs with stock struts..

And when you do have problems with your struts you will want to replace them with something better anyway

Just went with NM springs, Alta RSB control arms and end links. Can. Not. Wait. until they get here, seems like it is taking longer than usual for some reason. OutMotoring is still MIA with my order of the springs for some reason with no replies to my inquiries...
