Lowering "Bonus"!

Just finished a 1700mi. trip around the High Desert and discovered a major bonus to lowering besides improved handling. The NM RSa springs I'd installed also lowered the front air dam 30mm (1.2") and the increase in high speed stability was dramatic! In heavy winds and at +70mph speeds, I couldn't even feel the wheel twitch. The bow wake of oncoming Kenworths was barely felt. Nearly everybody else was all over the place fighting the wind! If you've lowered your MINI and want to remove the air dam because it keeps scrapping, DON'T DO IT!!

BTW, the Mojave is stunning. Looks like Ireland with cactus and it's just getting started! Get out there and see it.
