Lubing Sway Bar Bushings

I went to lube my Hotchkis 19mm rear sway bar bushings today, but there is no way i could with the tools i have and my car on jacks. The bracket looks like it has a valve for a grease gun....Can a grease gun with the proper lube be used through that valve to lube the inside? I should have took a pic when i had the wheels off. I think this answers my questions http://www.hotchkis.net/14_oz_super_grease.html But if anyone has any input or experience with this i would like to hear about it.

The bracket has a zerk fitting that is designed to be lubed with a grease gun. I use a small grease gun that a purchased at an Auto Parts store and the gun came with three small tubes of grease. The tubes are about 6" long. I used the synthetic Green grease for the H-Sport bushings.

The H-Sport bushing has a hole through the bushing (at the zerk fitting) that goes to grooves in the bushing, at the bar contact area. The grease will squeeze into the grooves to lubricate the bar.
