What info do you need?

A number of companies make them. I prefer the ones from NM Engineering.

I would have to do my usual: Is for street or track? Not really appropriate for street. Not only are they needlessly harsh, for street use you need joints that are weather tight or they will not last a year.

Do you just need them shorter? Adjustable for bias? If just shorter, cut them in half, slip a tube over them and weld them up!

For track duty, yea the NM looks very high quality. Check all the vendors, you may find one that used sealed ends that would still be too harsh, but could survive on the street.

The NM eng end links can be used for the street or track. Not sure if you have driven on them before on the street or the track but the are silent and comfortable.
In this case, i think the track versus street distinction is ok but can be a rather naive characterization as many are good in both situations.

I have Way's end links, totally quite. Makes it easy to dial out preload to the sway bar.

I have driven on solid end links. My TVR and my Spit. Open heim joints are not suitable for street use. They are not protected against the elements and will wear and/or bind up in no time. This is the same issue with most of the adjustable rear radius arms. A couple companies do make sealed or rubber adjustable arms. I think at least one company makes sealed end link sets. (looks like tie-rod ends) Don't put race parts on a street car, just as you don't want street parts on a race car.

When I changed my rear bar, I did not notice any pre-load enough to concern myself with for street use. Of course, for track use, pre-load is a standard adjustment.

I ran these for ages on my R53, they are absolutely quiet, extremely reliable, and very easy to use.

Thank you etalj !!

Thanks etalj and the rest of the people for taking the time to answer my question.

You are very welcome. I got mine from TSW which has now been made part of Way Motor Works, so I am sure they are the same product.

No problem buddy.

Yes the powergrids that were sold by TSW are exactly the same.

We are still offering the TSW endlinks and have them in stock. They are by far the best end links. They are super strong, and make absolutly NO noise.

How easy or difficult is it to replace endlinks...thinking of picking up TSW Powergrid Endlinks, but hesitant on installation. I've done some small installs on my MINI, but is this install left for the pros?

What does it mean by preloading the swaybar when installing the endlinks?

Are there any step by step instructions with pics available...tried this researching on the internet before I posted, but no luck

They are a direct replacement....just a bolt at each end. Only thing you need to do is make sure both are the same length as the OEM's are if you haven't lowered the car. Otherwise just make sure the sway bar is level when loaded and both endlinks are the same length (unless you are corner balancing the car)

Our Swaybar Endlinks are direct replacement, and do come with a pretty good set of instructions.

Just ordered a set of WMW end links. I am plagued by RSB clicking and clunking. I am hoping it quiets the rear down.

Sent from my iPad using NAMotoring

My H-Sport Comp rear bar is loud, too, and squeaks no matter how often I lube it. I added the powergrid endlinks shortly after adding the bar and they didn't add any new noises.

Just installed a rear sway bar last week and my rear end has been popping and clanking for the last couple of days. Thanks everyone for inadvertently answering why it's doing it!

Adjustable end links are used to eliminate preload not create it. There are generally two goals when installing these. First, you are trying to get the RSB as close to parallel edto the ground when loaded. Second, you are trying to get any load OFF the bar when you are traveling in a straight line. Since you will be in the drivers seat when driving you should make sure all your end link adjustments are done with equivalent weight in the drivers seat. For me that required 210 pounds of dumbbells. I placed my car on ramps all the way around, weighted the seat and then installed one side end link and set the bar to parallel. Next, I installed the lower joint of the remaining end link and adjusted it until the top bolt aligned with the desired hole in my RSB. Once the top was bolted down I tightened all the set screws on the second side (the first side set screws started off locked down). Essentially the first link is adjusted to set bar level and the second is adjusted to eliminate preload. Drivers seat must be weighted and all 4 wheels must be loaded(car not on jacks with wheels off the ground). Do not try and make your links the same length and used your jacks to help you line up the holes on your RSB as you will totally defeat the purpose of these links. Don't spend the money to get adjustable links and turn them in to fixed, equal length links. When you adjust these properly they will. to be equal length.

Pretty easy to do. I used Whiteline Adjustable end links and I found them on Amazon for $135. I am on JCW springs and sit about 1/2 lower than stock. These links would be too long for any MINI lowered more than that in my opinion.
