ohh the rubbing.

So im currently sitting on stock slites running a 205/45/17 series tire on my 06 cooper s, lowered i would say a good two inches all the way around a vmaxx coils. i really dont want to raise her back up i was wondering how everyone goes about stopping the rubbing..currently it seems to only be rubbing on the outside tire wall at speeds exceeding 45 mph so i dont belive spacers will do the trick... i didnt think the fenders could be rolled due to all the plastics on the inside..any reccomendations so i can drive on the highway? lol

If you want to stay that low, you may have to trim the inner plastic liner. I'm not sure but I think I've read about people doing this in the past.

I entered "lowering, trimming wheel well" in the search bar and came up with two fairly decent threads talking about your same issue. Here's one of them;
