Suspension Front Sway Bar And Bushings

Front Sway Bar And Bushings
Hey there!
My question goes to suspension gurus . I'm going to change the front control arm and front sway bar bushings to Powerflex Polyurethans on my R53.
Since I'm going to take the subframe down, I'm thinking of havin a new front sway bar, so:
-Which front sway bar do you recommend?
-What other bushings do you recommend to change for longer life and less headache? I'm so f**king tired of the OEM short life bushings.
Thanks in advance for reading and chiming in!

I went with the 27mm H-Sport front sway bar, set to the softest setting. I have the H-Sport 25mm hollow rear bar, set on the stiffest setting.
My goal in making the change was to be able to run softer damping levels for bump compliance on course without giving up to much roll control. This was for autocrossing, and worked as intended.
As for bushings, I've replaced them all with poly.
