I recently installed Variant 2 coilovers w/ a Hotchkiss 22mm sway bar, I had previously installed H Sport camber arms. Since the coilover and sway bar install, i get a creaking / knocking noise when traveling over any bump, pot hole etc.
We uninstalled the coilovers, thinking that the they were not seated properly but to no avail the noise is still there. We have also adjusted the sway bar and regreased the bushings but still no luck. Any ideas as to my next move. I'm thinking it's the sway bar and might go back to stock sport sway bar.

 

I would loosen and retorque the rear tie-rod ends - add some loctite for good measure, its worked good for me in the past.

 

Make sure the sway bar is centered, mine creaped more to one side and was hitting the spring on bumps/hard turns
