Which brand? KW has a very good .PDF installation guide on their website for the R56 / R55 platform.

Any DIY strut install is all the info you really need. You'll have to eyeball the coilover height setting at first if H&R doesn't have this info published and then re-adjust. I would call them up and see if they have recommended height settings to start with for the R56.

 

Super easy, just swap everything out, use a worksheet to properly set the coils to 1/3 of suspension travel unless you just want slammed looks
