Shoutout to H&R - Fantastic coilovers

Just installed H&R Street coilovers on my 2011 R56S, they feel AMAZING!
Very smooth and comfy over road terrain and bumpiness, yet firm and don't bite into wheel arches on large dips and bumps.

Running 205/45 Nitto Neo Gens on 16" OZ Ultraleggeras, less than 1 finger in the front and less than two in the rear--fantastic.
For anyone looking for comfy coilovers that handle great on twisty roads, give H&R a shot. Haven't tested at AutoX yet...

Looks great! H&R does make some good stuff. I think Bilstein actually makes their shocks, though, so you have a good quality product there.

205/45-16 tires? Those are vey small for the Mini. OEM is 205/45-17, so those would be a full inch shorter. That's why you're not rubbing.

Oh awesome, I didn't realize Bilstein made their shocks! That's where the smoothness comes from...

The OEM wheels the car came with were the 16" R119 six-spoke star wheels, I haven't tried 17"s on yet. I know 17"s were standard on JCW models.
