Well if you want a certin hight and dont mind paing the price I would go with the coilovers. If you like to mess around with your car and read up on setups to suit your driving style its a plus. once you have it set up right you wont have to mess with it much unless you go to the track. I have my street setup and then at the track i play with it until i get a good setting. I dont mess with the hight on the track because that also changes your alignment.

A nice lowered pic from MotD this passed weekend...
Don't know exactly how low, as we (LuckyDog Garage and I) didn't measure. We lowered and lowered and lowered, and then raised it until it didn't rub or scrape on hard corners. I'm using Megan Coilovers.
Still got a wee bit of rub on the Dragon, but it's the Dragon, c'mon now. So when track days come, it will be easy to tighten the suspension with a few clicks using the Megan damping system to avoid rubbing on the track.
