SuspensionSprings, struts, coilovers, sway-bars, camber plates, and all other modifications to suspension components for Cooper (R50), Cabrio (R52), and Cooper S (R53) MINIs.
But PLEASE everyone post what kind of lowering you used!! I wanna lower my Mini soon, too, and I'm not yet sure what kind of stuff I'm gonna get...thanks!!
Hey Caster, your car looks very cool, but it looks like you'll be scraping the gum off the street?
I have stock height with JCW aero and my car scrapes every day and on the track too.
It can't be that bad....mine is a little under half an inch lower than that. I just cut off the drop down plastic lip and havent scraped since. The important parts under there dont hang low at all.....so once you get the low plastic lips out of the way, you can drive your car incredibly low
Someone asked how I drive the car like that, well unfortunately I don't. I had to take the rims off due to the front lip being on the ground when you add my 220lb *** in the driver seat. The rims are 15x8 and I'm probably going to try to find some 16's to see if that'll raise it up a little more.
