Pepper white is the only white MINI's come in... saying white means pepper white. I am well aware of what you are saying.
There are white S-lites that are available but they are a true white, not pepper white. I am clearly saying that I have never seen true white or pepper white wheels on a white MINI.

Go for it.
Definitely powder coat if you are going to do the whole rim though. I had mine painted CR since I only did the lip and wheels can't be powdercoated partially (unless they are true two-piece), they will only do the whole thing. Anyway, I drive hard and it's starting to show. I've been using touch up paint to spruce them up here and there.

no problem. i just need to find some s-lites for CHEAP and then find a good shop to powdercoat them. all you need to keep the wheels clean is some wheel wax and a wheel qd spray. ( i think...correct me if im wrong. i have yet to wax my wheels and clean them..they get TOO dirty i sometimes give up..)
