Winter tire question

According to the Tire Rack website, those are "Grand Touring All-Season" tires. Depending on the amount of snow you usually get in Seattle, it will probably be up to you whether you stick with them all year round, or buy separate snow tires.

Seeing as you live in Seattle, all Season tires should do you most of the year. However, Seattle does get more snow than Vancouver (I'm in Vancouver BC). Last winter was an exception, but Vancouver usually gets maybe 3 days of snow a year. Seattle usually gets more than Vancouver. Particularly if you get up into Snoqualmie pass area.
I would recommend all-season tires all year round over the high performance summer tires as the Pacific Northwest does usually see a good dose of rain. But only if you do normal driving.
In all cases, I would recommend a set of snowtires in the winter regardless as Seattle does get below the freezing mark during the winter. I know there are many who just use all-seasons all year round and get along fine. But that extra safety measure is good insurance.

Pretty good tires for runflats.
