TORQUE SPEC NEEDED

So I'm painting the front calipers on my MCS and i took off the brake pad carrier that holds the outside brake pads ( the big metal bracket that is held on by 2 16mm bolts on the back side). What is the torque spec of those two bolts? OctaneGuy's pad remval writeup only comments on the two allen bolts (which i left alone).

p.s.
dont say snug, give me a Nm or ft lbs value
