I don't like the fix a flat crap. While it may help you from being stranded, it will put a bunch of stuff on the inside of the tire that may interfere with a proper repair, or throw balance off.

Some have used a space saver spare (the spare for the Cooper, or one for a Honda... Lots more of them floating around).

I haven't used anything in over 4 years of driving....
