You're going to regret over the weekend.. Still a good idea to let the paint/clear cure before putting them to test.

I never got back on the computer yesterday buy my dad ended up picking the wheels up for me. They look brand new, they painted the inside of the barrel as well. Just checked one of the wheels with the car now and the color is perfect. I'll be putting the wheels on a bit later so I'll take some pics n post (without hubrings OR centercaps, centercaps are anthracite so they no longer match lol). And I'll be heading to Homestead tomorrow to meet up with bean and others for the track event.

wake- daaaaayaamn!!! that turned out nice. and your bro's Audi is very
nice too.
thanks for the info on the mount/remount. i have one SSR GT3 19x10 that
i scuffed like 2yrs ago that i want to get fixed (this is for my G). i ended up just
buying a new pair with S03's mounted from Alex since i wanted a spare
full set anyways.
nice too.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm taking your advice Kenchan and I'm leaving the centercaps in my room. Just going to paint the brake hubs flat black to cover up the rust. Not entirely sure what the hell I'm going to do though. That one wheel that couldn't be fixed 100% causes some vibration but its not always vibrating. On smooth roads it fine, however on not-so-smooth roads there is still some vibration. I'm at a loss on what to do now.

when you paint the hubs, use at a minimum engine enamel paint.
MISFITOY used some rustoleum in some titanium metal color that
turned our REAL nice. I would do that if I was to do it again...
but the only problem with rustoleum is they don't warrant heat.
Mine is matte black using engine enamel.
As far as vibration, is the wheel pretty straight? how bad is it when
you spin the wheel freely? can you visually see it wobble?
i would check out a store locally that has a hunter balancer and see
if that helps. some times they can put weights on it to minize it more.

I was thinking of going for either Flat Black or that color MSFITOY used as that looks nice as well.
As far as the wheels. I'm not sure as I haven't really had the chance to check. I'll pass by the shop sometime to put it on the balancer and see how bad it is. Supposedly it's just 1 wheel that isn't spinning true. The others are fine and balanced. The 1 bad wheel was balanced but didn't even require weights.
Could part of the vibration I feel be that the very tiny sidewall offered by the 215/35/18 is just riding stiffer and picks up more of the road faults? If so I may have to sell these and make the switch to 215/40/18

if they perfectly match mounted the tire to the wheel they may not
have needed weights. i would have all 4 checked though on a hunter
machine just to be sure.
but before that, i would try putting your current 'front' wheels on the
back and see if that helps. (but you should still get them checked for
balance).
35 profile would not directly cause vibration. it could tramline (follow
grooves) more than a 40profile, but doubt that the profile alone would
fix your problem unless there's something wrong with your tire. im
still thinking your imperfect wheel is causing the vibration.

Thanks for the input. It's definitely the driver's front tire that vibrates. I drove the car quite a bit today and noticed it coming from there, hopefully putting that wheel to the back will fix it. Regardless I'll throw all 4 wheels on the balancer to double check them.
Also, what Hunter machine are you talking about in specific. We use a Hunter Machine at Absolute Motoring however I'm not sure what Wheels America used, I would imagine Hunter as well... There are several types though..
