R90 Replicas?

Do any of you have any experience with this company and their rims?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/17-17...spagenameZWDVW

Looks like a nice rim for the price.

Thanks,
Lee

It's a lot of digging, but look here:

https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ad.php?t=11362

Yeah, it's an ungodly long thread, but somewhere deep toward the middle there's a discussion of replica 1-piece R90s, and a couple pictures. Don't know if they were from the same supplier/manufacturer, but the consensus was that they're nice wheels, and one of the posters who had/has them said that he had no problems/issues with them.

Happy hunting.

I've been looking at that Ebay listing for quite some time, but 399.00 without shipping sounds a little to much. You can check Edge Racing here in the vendors list and get a set of aftermarket 18" for less than that...

$400 for a set of four 17" wheels is a steal, especially if they're of any decent quality. I actually thought the price was suspiciously low, and double checked whether the price was for one or a set.

I checked Edge racing, but they are not OEM style wheels. I do not want to go to 18", as I think the ride will suffer too much, and I want a stock wheel with no "hubcentric" washers to mess with.

Cheers!

yah, that's almost too cheap, but considering cheezo wheels can be
made less than US$20 each, i think they're still making a huge margin./

I have 18's with hubcentric rings from Edge... No problems at all... Actually, my R53 rides BETTER with the 18's and regular tires than with the OEM 16's with runflats... Runflat tires suck...
