Hi,

Does anyone know if 16" ASA AR1 wheels will fit a 2005 MCS ?

The after market web sites indicate the size and bolt pattern are available but, when I ask to view on my vehicle the 17" wheel is displayed. Does this mean 16" do not fit ?

I have seen the ASA AR1 wheels on a Cooper and was wondering if the calpers on my MCS restrict these 16" rims from fitting ?

I am interested in fitting these wheels with Toyo Proxes, 205 - 50 - 16.

I have seen a picture of a Cooper with 16" ASA AR1 wheels at the MINI2.com site http://www.mini2.com/galleries/showp...hp/photo/14229

Other members have told me aftermarket wheels that fit a Cooper will fit a Cooper S.

I don't know what the explanation is for two different answers. Perhaps there is a modification that will help the 16" ASA AR1s fit ? Can you advise ?
