>>What do you guys think about Konig Imagines??

I like em...
The problem is that are impossible to keep clean...due to all the brake dust...that a MINI produces.
Peace,

I think you are much better off with a wheel that's proven on the road course and autocross scene, not some ricer wheel, which is the scene Konig caters to. Those wheels look good but also look to be over 20lbs, which is a little heavy for the Cooper.

Very cool set-up waypoint! What size tires and how do you like the KDW2s?

Stock wheels are pretty heavy as well - the Konigs don't weigh as much as the S-lites I would venture.
I would say that the Konig's cater to a "younger " crowd based on their advertising and use of Anime - not necessarily ricer, but more of the import tuner scene and guys that may not have as much disposable income as a dope in their mid 30's (I have no clue who I am referring to here... )

Konigs:
I've heard nothing bad about them. I pretty much thoroughly researched them prior to my purchase. I was interested in their "Holes," but ended up finding some other wheels by another manufacturer I liked better. Weight wise, they have a couple that are light---for castings (16-18 lbs 17".
I must admit a strong personal suspision that Konig, Tenzo, ADR, and Excel are all made by the same manufacturer.

MiniMeCoop,
My car is not lowered. I thought about lowering but our new home in Hawaii is in a gated community and when I exit my car rubs right now so I can't do it; however, many of the local guys (like minihune) use and love H-Sport with no rubbing issues. He has 215/45-17 Yokos on Centerline wheels (my tires are also 215/45-17 - Bridgestone S03). Here's a shot of minihune's set-up.

SSR Competition Wheels in Anthracite - 15 x 7 - 9.3lbs
Toyo Proxes T1-S Tires - 205/55/15 - 18.3lbs
Total: 27.6 lbs - lost ~55 lbs compared to stock 16" X-lites & Runflats.
Very happy with Ride and Handling!
