I don't mean to knock it, but it doesn't look right.
I chose the color from a swatch in a book. It looked dark enough from the small sample, but turned out more blue than I had anticipated. The fact my car is all blue certainly doesn't help either. I'll see how they look when I finish the exterior and decide whether or not to have them stripped and refinished. I'm in no hurry to spend another $400 though.

Nice. Those could be oem rims. Very Mini-esque design. What are they?

ASA JH3's courtesy of Tire Rack. I understand they are popular with BMW owners and can be fitted with the BMW OEM wheel centers. Sadly, the MINI centers don't fit. Very reasonably priced, but heavy.

You Should see it in person! It's one of the nicest around. I saw it at the Monterey Historics. Hows it going CooperSS? What kind of watch were you wearing at Monterey? It was the big one!

The splitter is a lot more secure than the flimsy mounting for the Aero front end

Thanks for the complement.
You were talking to Peter, the owner of M7. He is really into watches.
Here is a link to his thread on unusual watches.

CooperSS those are awesome! Your car looks great outside and where it counts!
Your list of mods is just silly!
Do know the weight of those rims? Are they forged?
