Just replaced my R93 Rocket 5-spokes with 15-inch Konig Rewinds. The tires are Kumho Ecsta 195/60/15. I love the look, didn't gain any weight in the wheels and the ride is still real smooth.

A few weeks ago I picked up a set of Rota Sub-zeros (16 x 7) in Royal Steel Grey w/ Falken FK-452 tires. Love them so far. Here's a couple of pics. Next mods are to get some better looking lugs, paint the calipers, and do something about the rusty rotor hubs. Enjoy.

I've had these stacked in my closet for over a year, I finally got rubber on them yesterday. They are BSA 335, 17x7, 40 offset with 215/45/17 Cooper Zeon 2XS tires...

...a couple things about these wheels, I was originally looking on some UK wheel sites and found them under the name Wolfrace S33 or Streetfighter...
http://www.topgear.co.uk/acatalog/Wo...17_Special.php

now it has another name under the Wolfrace Asia-Tec line, the Fuji...
http://www.rochfordtyres.co.uk/produ...eria=&PT_ID=67
but I didn't want the 8 stud fitment, too many holes.

I found these on eBay listed as BSA 335...
http://www.bsa.com.my/web/wheels/335.htm

...I got them for $168 plus $100 to ship, not bad for 4 wheels.
They are definitley a few pounds lighter than the Webspokes i've been running.

Holy Moly! $168?? For all four wheels? And they're lighter than the webspokes? Score! They look great!

I know these are 17's with 215/45 but for some reason they look really, I dunno, "big" on the Mini. Are the Coopers a "big" 215/45? maybe it's the rims. I was considering 215/45 for my BBS's but based on the pic I may stick with 205/45s... any rubbing? They do fill out the fenders...

Thanks, i'm just glad I found them here instead of the UK.

I hear what you're saying about a "big" 215/45. Honestly, I don't know as I haven't really compared it to other MINIs running the same size tire in a different brand. I'm sure there are pics in this thread you could look at and see different 215/45s.

They do fill up the fenders, which I like. I had a tiny little rub the other day from the rear when I drove over an expansion joint that dipped, other than that, no rubbing under normal street driving.

Okay, yes, I posted a photo of my wheels way back, but I just got my car back after 2+ months of being at the body shop (accident), so I thought it deserved another posting. Yummy 17x8 ET40 Compomotives w/215/45 Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3s. Just had Hawk ceramic pads installed to keep the white wheels, well, more white. Glad winter is over...

You'll really appreciate the Hawk Ceramics when you can wash your wheels with the car, instead of every other day.

Leo, looks nice. When is he gonna drop that badboy?

Lilcandygirl, Time Attacks is the color, you do know that right? Those TE37's were a limited custom run, they don't make that size...

Those aren't true time attacks though. The "lip" painted there isn't even the outermost lip that Volk paints. The Rota time attack color is better lol..
