Well, isn't that the way it was for the R53 aero kit? What better way to double the cost of the kit........oh sorry -- that was just if you ordered it and needed it installed!

yah...but you could install the aero kit without it looking retarded because the arches extended all the way down the car. The new one seems to just stop abruptly

Though enough of this.....lets see some wheels

Are those last wheels Keskin KT4's? Their nice wheels but that car needs a serious drop, ASAP...

Rally what you think? I think d6-mcs looked better with the lower offset. I think I'm set on saving up for those badboys after all my summer vacations...

you mean the PW? Those definitely arent the KT4's...look like some tuner wheel or something.

I definitely say yes to lower offsets. Nothing worse than having a nice looking wheel that doesnt fill the wheel wells and sit at the fenders

Yeah on second thought, I looked at 'em again and something didn't look right lol. Def not the KT4's, I think their like RH C2 EVO or one of those, still a nice set of wheels.

Yeah that and a nice set of wheels without a sufficient drop. I wish I had cash for coils...

Ok, back to the WHEELSSSSS

Sorry for the OT, but that is quite possibly the ugliest thing I have ever seen. I'd take the Ociari kit (or even the Zeemax) before that. MINIUSA should be embarrassed to let a car leave the showroom like that.

The earlier Minis with aero kits and unpainted arches looked just as bad on some colors though. It's not an R56 exclusive...

uhh no? Notice that on the older ones....the arches go all the way down and gently merge into the front lip of the aero kit? The new ones just stop....right there, they just stop abruptly. A lot of people don't really notice the lines of cars....but there is a HUGE difference between the two. Not to mention the side arches on the new ones dont even try to have texture black on them.....they don't even line up with the arches like the older ones did. I dont think they can be compared at all

I do plan on putting some lowering springs under it, Hell I had Eibach's under my 2004 1.8T Jetta Wagon and it sitting on 225/40-18's so I'm pretty sure SUV is not the look I'm going for, but thanks

Reaction Mesh
I got them for less than 1/2 price
17x7.0
4/100/114
Offset 40
Retail $159

I agree. Those arches on the R56 look hideous without being painted. I wonder how much better the JCW aerokit looks with and without the painted arches on the R56. On the R53's, they dont look bad at all with unpainted arches.

x5 that r56 aero kit is a joke. I can't believe they ship the car out looking like that.

BBS makes the LM for Mini?! Where can I get a set?

Please read the last few pages. And maybe run a search.

4x100 are super rare. And $$$$$$$$$$. And pretty heavy.
Basically, just accept that you will never have them and move on.

most any place that carries BBS can get them ordered for you custom. Not many people actually stock them. Setuning.com might be a good place to start....email them and ask

They do make them in 17s, the ones pictured are 19s and for a BMW though. I could order a set for you...
