Some of them will be.....especially all seasons or other tires with a softer sidewall. It won't be a lot....but there could be some

It should fit fine, but it might appear stretched. I have 215/40 Eagle F1s on 17x7 ASA LS5s, and they actually appear to be a correct fit. The 215/45s Bridgestones I had on previously appeared slightly stretched. This always made me suspect that my wheels were actually wider than 7".

On a semi-related note, this Eagle/ASA (ET38) combo has given me substantially more room between the sidewall and the strut tower and trailing arm than I had with my S-Lites wearing 205/25 Pirellis.

I'm running stock 205/45 runflats on 17x7.5's, there is some stretch.

Kinda hit a wall with my choice of Volk RE30.

Seems they will need a 3-5mm spacer to fit the R56. R55 will be fine.

For the kinda money for the wheels, i believe a non-compromise situation would be in order. So i think i will have to re-choose my wheel package.

I agree, really well done. . . I think the 215/50 r16 tires fit the features of the r56 perfectly. Sort of like an r53 on 15s with 205/55 r15s.

Nice wheels Vampyre, I love gold wheels with BRG paint, it's a very nice combo, and it's lowered which helps a lot.

Like many of you, I have anxiously awaited this day...

New Wheels and Tires Day!

I now have some silver 17" x 7.5" Rota RBs wrapped in 215/45R17 Kumho Ecsta ASXs. Hopefully I will be able to suspend these (and the car) with some H&Rs pretty soon.

I ordered them from Mach V Motorsports.

Nice. That classic design is really meant for the Mini more than any other car in my opinion.

Thanks!

Man - I poured over postings and threads and magazines and websites... finally after 3 months, I found a set of wheels that seemed to "belong" on my MINI.
I definitely appreciate their "classic" appearance - especially in light of the MINIs styling and overall presence.

Thanks again.

Jeeez, am I that obvious?

At this rate, I may have some H&Rs by spring - thank god this stuff is sold in sets instead of individually. Then again...
