Ohhhhh, I've been known to use my brakes to their fullest capacity. Of course, that was with cars that were at least 600 pounds heavier than the MCS. But if they are forumalted for use on wheels, I am sure they will stand up to the conditions. Thanks.

The Drag D-9 17x7 is only 15 pounds? They look like the Konig Helium that is no longer offered in 17 in the gunmetal finish. Heck, that would make them another option for me to paint the polished rim.

Are you effin' kidding me??? You'd take almost a $4,000 hit on those bad boys if you did that!

Look the same as Sportmax 003s. Supposedly they are forged, yet they are still amazingly inexpensive. If the Drag D-9 is a rebrand of the same wheel, then you got an excellent price. The beloved vendor Palo Uber sells them for $1,598.00 a set or roughly four times what you paid for them, though they claim they are only 14 lbs each.

The NTo3 may be on the fun side to clean ...
but I use good pads and actually find cleaning ... good for the sole

Thes wheels are my Auto - x set up now.
I REALLY like them

This is the Hyper Black

here are 2 photos

This first is with the garage door open and it is bright out today..
They look bright.

This second shot I closed the door and tryed not to get the flash reflection.

Mine is actually MS1-R with "R" at the end. think that stands for reverse lip
its 17" and it's revese lip of 18" and up wheels.

www.more-japan.com (I saw it here, and went under "search dealer" got it from Discount Tire Center in 626 area code, dont remember that city name)

Engine 58: I'm REALLY starting to like those wheels. Added some to my Mini in Forza 2 so i could really get a better idea of what they look like.

Think i'm going to order them in a 215/45/17...but i'm not too sure about the the wheel size of 17 X 7.5 or 17 X 7's.

yah, duplicolor has graphite so i might do that. and not do the clearcoat.
just leave it like a semi-matte finish. should look good.

Drag DR-9

Not the best photos but will try to do again when I can get outside with better light. These are Drag DR-9s on a dark silver/black '05 MCS.

Updated with better photos on 2/29/08

Could you do me a big favor if you shoot your wheels again and do a shot completely straight on from the side (no angle). I have my MINI shot from the side (like my sig) as a layer in Photoshop so I can try different wheels. These are ones l'd like to try.
Thanks a lot.

I just put these on my car with Neogen 215x45 17's. It is an absolutely fabulous combination. I also dropped 8.5 lbs per corner in unsprung weight (huge) compared to the s-lites and Runflats..

Lots more pics at my link below

Yes PortMCS has the same wheel in 18x8. I sorta feel like I arrived in the same dress after him to the ball. I've been thinking of ways to make these my own...
lol... No prob. Just paint the centers or something so we dont look like twins

After seeing wotagame's pics, I'm looking into 18" Drag DR-9s, listed at 17 lbs each, for my MINI. I also like the Enkei J10s, which have a similar look. Now I'm debating tires. The NeoGens are my top choice at the moment. (I need all-season tires for CO winters.) Will post photos when everything is in place.
