What color lip did you get? Yellow, like the one shown in the pic? Those would look sweet on a yellow mini with the new Heli Pad roof graphic.

I was looking at them also, but I wish they came in traditional color like silver.

Looking nice Ronnie - what are they? Also, are your arches color-matched as they look a bit off and dull?

18x7.5 PIAA FR-S. I'm not sure if it's the picture or the lighting or THE PAINT JOB , but every now and then, they look off to me as well!

Looks as though the clearcoat was never properly buffed or sanded by the bodyshop

Is this something I can do myself? I don't want to take it back to the shop...kind of had a falling-out with the owner...

These are on my 72 Mini, the are from Classic MotorWorks, at 4.5lbs each. On my MINI is just the stock 'Sidewalk' Edition wheels, wonder how heavy they are???

Damn, those wheels look really good. I love the wide open 5-spoke look. At slow speeds (<35mph), the wheels look like they're moving slower than the car, which makes the wheels look even bigger... maybe I'm crazy but you have to be there to see it.

I like the slotted rotors in there, too. Nice touch, good lines. Black calipers would contrast a bit more and make the rotors jump out, but that's personal preference.

Well with the massive 10x6' tires, the tire/wheel combo weighs in at 17lbs, compared to the original 13" weighing 30lbs. So by changing, I lost 13lbs per corner, and on the classic that is huge!

I usually tell people that I upgraded to 25's ................ then oh! you thought I meant 25inch? No I mean 25cm.

Thanks for the compliments. I couldn't agree more! I guess that's why I bought them!

Gorgeous wheels! For whatever reason, these wheels look so much bigger than they really are. I love it. DS/B all the way!
