I'm new to this forum and it won't let me start a new thread. Just looking for some feedback is all.

Hey Mikey, welcome to the forum! The VMR 710 is a nice wheel design. Here's what I would suggest (as I did this myself). Take some time to look through all 358 pages of this thread for ideas/pics of wheels for the Mini. Log onto TireRack and search Mini wheels, it will give you a good idea of fitments. From what I've seen, there are not a lot of wheels for the Mini that come close to the 710, Breyton's GTS-R may be one, a BBS RC also. Good luck

I've had a bunch of people ask if I thought the new Rotiform wheels would be a good fit on our cars and whether they poked too much or not.

What better way to test the fitments than to toss them on the car and see how it looks.

My car has been converted to 5x112 so you'll see that I'm running the 5 lug versions, but they offer a MINI friendly 4x100 spec wheel in the exact same specs which will fit exactly the same as these.

Specs:
17x8 et30
205/40/17
Lowered 6+ inches
Standard factory camber adjustments
No spacers
No arch trimming

Overall the fitment looks like they almost designed the specs specifically for the MINI platform. Even at my extremely lowered height they tuck under the arches quite well and achieve the flush fitment many are after without any fitment issues.

Great looking wheel with a cool machined finish throughout (although they offer a broad range of finishing options)

Pictured are both the Rotiform BLQ and the Rotiform NUE

Nice! I was just checking those at at vwvortex.com. I didn't like the way NUE looked on VW's but it looks great on MINI's.

How did you convert your car to 5x112?

Sick stuff Rally. Very cool. Wish they did an 18 w/ 4x100. I've seen and driven a B7 A4 avant with the 19 Roti's over StaSis coils and and thought they were very nice for the pricepoint.

Hey, Rally. A friend of mine who is closely acquainted with Brian of Rotiform sent me this photo. I thought it looked familiar.

Did they hook you up or anything for posing for pics?

I can't wait for the 4-lug 3-piece BLQ!

My company (StanceWorks) works closely with the guys at Rotiform, so we help each other out. We all were excited to see how the rotiforms fit on the MINIs now that they're available in 4x100, so we threw them on my clubman.

Hey Rally, how much do the Rotiforms weigh? I am thinking of grabbing a dressy set of wheels and the Rotiform 5 spoke is an awesome design! Thanks

I'm not quite sure. I don't have a scale to toss them on. They're a bit on the heavy side, but definitely lighter than stock wheels.
