Show me your WHEELS!

Had these SportMax 920's in Chromium Black test fitted at the local motorsports place about an hour ago. (I'm gonna have to use 5mm spacers) The pics don't do the wheels justice.

Here's a pic with the test wheel sitting on a stand, with a black canvas cover on the rear, resting beside the car. Again, the pics don't do the color justice....they look like painted grey in this pic. Not at all how they look in person.

Here's my car strutting it's new stuff at the Dragon. 17x7.5 SSR Comps in anthracite w/ machined lip matching nicely with the Dark Silver, and shod with 215/45-17 GS-D3s. I was luvin' it!
Mad props go out to Alex at da Rack for setting me up in time.

That's a pretty bad photoshop job I did... they look like 20's
But it will be no worse than any other MINI with 18" wheels.
They'll run the 35 series sidewall in a non runflat, like the others posted here.

Andy, not sure if you're aware of this, but thought I'd point it out. Your car has SHINY GOLDEN WHEELS!

Panasport FS-16 with BFG KDW2
Just picked these up last week from KAM Specialties in Reading, PA. If anyone is considering a set of these, I can't say enough good about Bryner at KAM- great service, and a better price on the wheels that Moss lists them for. I will definitely check with them first the next time I'm shopping for new shoes for MINI.
(Thanks Jerseygirl also for the contact info! :smile: )
I was undecided between the KDW2's and Goodyear Eagle F1DS-G3's. I had read some complaints about noise from the KDW2's, and of possible tramlining with the F1's. I decided to take a chance on noise, and after a week of driving, I'm glad I did! They were audible, but not objectionably so, on the first shakedown run. They quieted down after the first day or two of driving on them, and they are unobtrusive now. They stick well on dry pavement. (I still have not had a chance at a good run in the rain yet.)
Two coats of Zaino went on before they were installed, and that has made brake dust cleanup much easier. (I'm still running stock pads. I know, I know... no razzing!
)
Here are a few shots of our freshly-reshod MINI:
