BIG thumbs up.
I've always wondered what a set of W E CR 18's would look like on a mini.
(end jealous rage)

I've been waiting to post in this thread...
Ordered these Enkei RPM 2's (with Toyo Proxy's) in August and just got them put on today. Well worth the wait. I was definitely surprised at how much better the car rides on 18's with the new tires. No rubbing or anything. I was also surprised at the increased space between the wheel and the fender, I wasn't expecting that since I was getting a bigger wheel. Now I just need some coilovers to get rid of that and I am set. Photos are in my gallery.

yep, definetely coilovers, otherwise the ride is a little harsh, i mean if you can live with it, no problem, but there is not enough travel with lowering springs on stock shocks, so 1) it is going to hurt the ride 2)the suspension is going to wear out quicker. The best way is to sum up 18" upgrade with coilovers, which i will do soon

I can't believe those 19s in that pic...how much rubbing do they cause? I would be scared to drive around with those rims on the roads I drive daily. Too much bling for me.

My buddy at work bought it from me, he needed something pretty quick, well, i guess i made a little profit too. Now back to the drawing board, i will have to explore all my options, will see.
Yeah, 19s would be a little hard on the car, but with the stock sus. set-up should not rub, depends on the offset too. But the guy is running on 215/35/19s, should not rub, and if it does rub, so be it, like i said before, pimpi' ain't easy....

My car is undercover pimpin right now. First they have to get in it and then I'll take them around some corners, so when they get out they are speechless. No need for 18s or 19s.

well, don't forget, it is not the car, it is the talent
