Pro-rated RunFlats?

Tire warranty is against defects not wear, even "premature" wear.
It really depends how you drive, how hard you brake, take turns, and accelerate.
Tires can last longer if you give them the right inflation and drive with minimal changes in speed. If you drive the speed limit all the time and if most of your miles are on highways with little traffic then tires will last a lot longer generally. In urban areas or anytime you can drive fast, expect worse tire wear.
Your dealer can help you out of good will. If they have a set of nearly new runflats lying around taking up space you could pay the mounting and disposal cost of any replacement tires you need plus make a deal with the service technician/manager/advisor. If they have only new runflats they won't do it for you.
Sometimes the sales staff have wheels and tires that are take offs from buyers and those might be for sale. In my area 15" wheels and tires go for about $400, 16" for $600 and 17" for about $1000. Minimal miles and usually unblemished rims.
The tire manufacturer will think that 14,000 miles is OK wear for your runflats. The range for most of us is about 12,000 to about 20,000 but those would be pretty worn out. Your tire warranty is with the tire manufacturer.
If you are able to get a deal let us know how you did.
