Mini dealer wants to charge me $220 to mount my wheels!!!

wow, some outragous prices going on here. I paid $55 to mount and balance a set of 205/55 15s, and i didnt even buy the tires from them. and on a previous ocasion they told be $10 per rim to balance. So i paid $5 to mount 4 tires. I would recomend you go to an outside tire shop for sure. wow, 220 to mount a set of tires. I have now heard it all when it comes to mini dealerships...
40-60 is a respectable price to pay for a set, which is in accordance to pgt 40 at costco. go there, you must have one near by

I would think that where ever you purchase the tires from would mount/balance the tires on the wheels as part of the tire selling price.
Just take the new wheels and tires home and mount them on your new MINI yourself. That would save you quite a bit a $$ in my opinion.

I would think that where ever you purchase the tires from would mount/balance the tires on the wheels as part of the tire selling price.
Just take the new wheels and tires home and mount them on your new MINI yourself. That would save you quite a bit a $$ in my opinion.
