Hi All,

I have a 2007 MCS PW convertible with a black top. I've been trying to figure out what wheels I want on it.. So far I'm leaning towards the Team Dynamics Pro Race 2 in a Flat black color. I figure a glossy finish wont match my non glossy top..

I like the beefy look of the wheel and at 7.5kg (about 16.5 lbs) for the 17
inchers they are pretty light..

Do I have better options with a similar type wheel. I'm also trying to figure out if gunmetal is better finish to go with. Will have to go with a different wheel because I dont think TD makes the pro race 2 in gunmetal.

Guess I should mention that I'd like to stay below about 180 a wheel for a budget.. Thanks All

Look good, I just got Konig featherweights from Alta in carbon black, @ $139.00 each.

 

The Konigs feathers are running a very close second right now to the TD.. But wanted to get a few more options..

 

I think the wheels you've chosen will look awesome on your R56, especially in black. I love PW/B.

Admittedly, they'd cost you a few hundred dollars more than you're budgeting but, given what you've probably already spent to buy your MCS, over time they might be worth it. And, they only weigh 15.5 lbs. a piece!!

I'm not a big fan of all black wheels. What wheels did your mini come with?

 

I agree... not a big fan of black wheels, especially on PW and other light colors.
