MOMO Wheels advice

Am considering putting a set of MOMO Corse Rev wheels in 17 x 7 with a 42 offset on my 03 MCS...anyone done these yet and do you have some pics to share ? what about lowering an inch or so..do you see any issues...I am running 215 x 45 17 tires..thanks
