Brake Wear Light On

Just replaced the front Brakes on my 2005 Cooper S (A private shop did, Mini is 100 miles away from me), and don't know how to turn off the Brake Wear indicator light that illuminated, just before we replaced the brakes.
We changed the harness on the front wheels so that shouldn't be the issue?
Thanks

Jeff A.

As I recall, assuming that you correctly replaced the worn out sensor, turn the ignition on but do not start the car; wait about 30 seconds and the light should go out.
