I kno I need coilivers but do I need camber plates?!?! etc?! will I need major work to make them fit or I can slip them right up?!? any pics of the wheels on a mini?!?! PLs let me know ! thnx

195/50-15 fits rims 5.5-7" wide, 22.7" tire diameter, 82 load rating
195/50-16 fits rims 5.5-7" wide, 23.6" tire diameter, 84 load rating
Normally 84 is the lowest load rating for the MINI for street use.
Both tire sizes are very small compared to stock height so using them with stock suspension would increase wheel gap considerably.
15 et will make your wheel stick out a little more than an inch from the usual MINI wheel position or roughly 3/4" out from the widest aspect of the fender edge, then the tire will bend back in under the wheel arch.

Wider rim and offset that sticks out means narrow tires (which you are suggesting) or fender kit or wheel arch trimming if the tire is stock sized and suspension is dropped.
Usually wide rims and narrow tires means the edges of the rims are exposed to curb rash easily, just watch out and park carefully.
