Help me pick out some tires

Here's the deal, I've been running Eagle GSD3's on my stock S lites in the summer and Blizzacks on my 15 inch Konig Rewinds in the winter. I can tell a huge difference in weight and really don't want to put the S lites back on so I thought I would pick out a nice high performance summer tire for my Rewinds since I don't have the cash for a new set of rims.

What should I get?

Interesting article about wheel size, wheel weight and shaved vs not shaved in Sports Car (the SCCA magazine). 15 better overall than 16 with 23" dia tires. Wheel weight not a huge factor in lap times (5 lb difference/ corner).
FWIW I have Hankook Z 212 R-S2 and like them better than others I have tried.

I wonder about 8-10 lbs per corner?

You'd think that would matter.
