Michelin Pilot Exalto PE2
$129 each 240 treadwear W speed rating 20 lbs each
Good dry or wet performance/handling. Ultra High Peformance Summer tire.
Test-

Faster wearing and higher cost.
Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport
$107 each 340 treadwear W speed rating 22 lbs each
New tire- likely a good performance/handling Ultra High Peformance Summer tire.
See

Consider Sumitomo HTR ZIII Max Performance Summer tire
$86 each for 215/45-17 (will fit), 300 treadwear Y speed rated
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Sizes....odel=HTR+Z+III
Tests-

likely offers better handling than the RE760 but won't last quite as long.
Cooper Zeon 2XS less than $100 each
Ultra High Performance Summer tire.
Good value tire OK for street use, probably not as good handling as the other choices.
Cooper says it provides high (10 of 10) dry and wet traction/handling
about 6 out of 10 on treadwear, 8 out of 10 on being quiet.
If you are serious about the Cooper tire then also
Check edgeracing.com in the same size tire-
Falken Ziex Ze-912 Ultra High Performance All Season tire
$76 each 360 treadwear W speed rated 22.1 lbs each
Good street tire, gives up some handling but good for street use and good value, can be used in light snow or colder weather.
and
Toyo Proxes T1R Max Performance Summer tire
$116 each 280 treadwear W speed rated 20 lbs each
Good higher performance tire- good handling and traction.
Other tirerack.com tires not mentioned yet-
In Ultra High Performance All Season tires
Goodyear Eagle F1 All Season $114 each 420 treadwear Y speed rated
Firm ride but good handling wet or dry, longer wear.
Avon Tech M550 A/S $92 each 360 treadwear W speed rated
In Max Performance Summer tires
Dunlop SP Sportmaxx $129 each 240 treadwear W speed rated

Of your three choices I would nod to the Michelin PE2's.
They are lighter than Bridgestones, Michelins typically have good ride quality and low noise.
The PE2's have been around for a while, proven; the RE760 Sports are a new design.
Cooper Zeons are a known "budget" tire as the Brits would say...
