LMAO
I know, I know, They are heavy.
But this are going to be be my "Mack'n" wheels.
I originally had R90s. Those are heavy as well.
Traded those for the set I have now.
BBS RGF 16" that only weigh 12.75lbs.
Great freaking wheels. So am keeping them for track.
Now I want to Mac down the Blvd, rolling on DUBs
So it was between the JCWs105 or the O.Z.s Ultraleggera.
Both gorgeous wheels in black finish.
I know there is almost a 10 lbs difference between the 2, but the best price I found on the OZs is $335 vs the JCWs $250.

Hey Davo,
Kinda had the same feeling about the were to start the thread. But I figured who would know better than the members doing the research while looking to buy or sell wheels.
Yes ofcourse, no tires.
I want to put some BFG gforce 215 35 18s on them.
How do you like yours?

i saw that Morristown had them for $275 per wheel, heres what they emailed me..."Yes the wheels are available they are $275.20 each. Item number 36 11 6 778 428"
So in an email to Roadshow offered $250. they said they could do that. See what you can do... i believe its possible to reuse your TPMS and i've heard depending on your tire size you dont need the steering angle stops... again see what kinda a deal you can get.

Sweet thanks for the heads up. Ill give him a call and see what deal I get
Question: what is TPMS? and what are these angle stops? Are the wheels not hubcentric(sp)?
NTW: MTTS 08 is MINI takes the states. It just happened down here in Miami. Great turnout. More than 300 owners showed up.

Q-Ban, scratch that previous number - that's for FedEx.
Ken's number is 888-876-8792, then option #4 for parts.
TPMS is for Tire pressure Monitoring System that is mandatory for ALL vehicle built in '08 and later. It is a sensor located inside the wheel that detects a loss in tire pressure. You can use the old ones from your original wheels, but I wanted to keep my factory wheel/tire set intact, so I ordered a new set from Ken for the new wheels.

No, they limit the steering angle because of the width of the new wheels. However, I have read from a few on here that they did not install them and don't have any issues with rubbing. i'll run mine without them first, and then if I have rubbing at full lock I'll install them.
The rings I think you are referring to are not needed with factory wheels like the JCW's.

yep, i passed on the TPMS so thats probably the difference in price. and depending on your location, shipping charges will vary. i was only quoted 80 for shipping.
im gonna go without the steering angle stops and add spacers to push them more flush with the fender. i think the offset on these wheels are et50. i have both 5mm and 15mm spacers so i'll see which one looks/fits best.
BTW in lowered in H&R's.

I have H&R springs also, so I will love to see pics of the results.

No lowering for me. I went the opposite route to fill my wheel wells by going with a 225/40-18. Hopefully I won't have any rubbing as there is another person on this board running a 205/50-17 tire. Both his and mine are 25.1" in diameter and he reported no rubbing. Ideally I won't have any gap and should get a little nicer ride due to the extra sidewall. Oh, I'm going with non-runflats since I have a spare (non-S Clubman).
