NEED HELP WITH TIRE SIZE AND CROSS SUSPENSION

I looking to get new tires to replace my Run Flats, the problem i have is the tire size, I would like to get 215/40R/18 instead of the 205/40R/18. I have lowered my mini 1.5in with the Cross susp. the people of Tire Rack told me that they will not warranty that the 215/40/18 will not rub. Is anyone using 215/40/18 with Cross Susp...?

If stock wheels ... or lots of positive offset .
5mm spacers will fix any issues you may have.

Just measure the front wheel distance from area where the tire meets the rim ..to the coilovers...that is where it will touch

No problem at all - you can run those. Do you know the offset of your 18s? It is usually stamped in the inner part of the wheel.

not on Cross according to your sig.

215/40/18 is a bit tall. 225/35/18 is a better match but not on the stock wheels though

The difference between the 205 Vs 215 is 3.22in sidewall for the 205 and 3.38in for the 215 with a diameter diff of 1.3%
