Silly wheel lug hole question

Silly wheel lug hole question
I have these wheels and noticed that the cone-shapped depression where the lug bolts sit is painted (unlike my oem wheels where the metal is exposed).
Is this OK? The lug bolt is pressing down on this area and I would think that having paint there is not a good thing--the paint would deteriorate and thereby cause loosening of the wheel-bolt join.
SHould I just re-torque more than usual to be sure things sit tight after a while?

You got too many lug holes.
My wheels are powder coated (more durable) but no noticable issues.
I would re-tourqe after a few drives just to be safe. If you take the
wheels off often, the paint will probably come off where the bolts seat,
then it'll be just like the O.E.M.s.

Will check often---thanks!
