Yokohama Advan.S.4 tires

I'm looking into Yokohama Advan. S.4. tires to replace my run flats, and the Tire Rack lists the closest size to my 205/45 ZR17 as 205/50 ZR17. Now I educated myself on the Tire Rack site as to the difference in the Aspect Ratio from my original 45 to the 50 of the Yokohama, and that changes the height of the rim to tread (section height ) from 3.63" to 4.04". Will this be a problem fitting the tire in the space? Will the increased aspect ratio affect the speedometer readout? I also noticed that the Yokohama Advan. S.4 comes in a 215/45 ZR17 . Would that be better? Do I have enough clearance for the 215 over the 205? Thanks in advance for any help. Rick

stock suspension then? 215/45 or 215/40 works fine. As long as you stay within 3% of the OD (overall diameter or height), and 215 or less in width, should be no issues.
